*Mobs see too far.
For example: during a village raid, golems attack a robber, and run after him through the whole village while other mobs participating in the raid fire at him. It's stupid.*
*This can be corrected as follows: when the golem notices a hostile mob, he pursues it, but if he sees a mob closer than the one he pursues, he changes his goal to the one he can destroy with a big chance.*
