Playing Realms on Xbox One. Killed the Ender Dragon, entered the end portal, and during end "poem" the server disconnected. Now my realm won't load. Tried replacing realm with back-up, but still unable to join. Would rather not reset, especially if this is what's going to happen every time I kill the dragon and try to leave.

 
What I expected to happen was...:

To be returned to my world and for my Realm to continue working upon entering end portal.

What actually happened was...:

Game crashed during ending message and unable to reconnect with Realm.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Kill Ender Dragon
2. Enter End Portal
3. Watch End dialog until disconnected from server
