After freshly installing Windows (This might be the cause. Yes I have Java installed and such) I started playing my world on snapshot 1.14.4 Pre-Release 7, and have noticed these strange black and white lines at the edge of blocks that seem to glitch out whenever I get a certain distance away. My game now stutters upon loading new chunks, and going into fullscreen seems to half my framerate (V-Sync is on but only to 60fps, my monitors refresh rate)
