**Sadly I have been suffering this issue Since Minecraft 1.14.3 Where whenever I want to enter and exit The Nether in my Minecraft  solo Survival world, I get the Loading Terrain screen and sadly it lasts for an infinity also, I have tried to find the Crash report log in the %appdata% / . minecraft / crash-reports and I cannot find anything. even restarting Minecraft won't work. Also the view crash report button won't work. Finally I managed to find my latest log file you can check it out
