I was one day accidentally afk (forgot the game on)
My computer was on the lock screen and when i opened it, I heard a strange sound (kinda like falling)
The game said I was killed by a zombie and wouldn't let me respawn even though i clicked the restart button. When the game didn't let me respawn i tried to close the game. The game wouldn't close. I Had to close the game from the Task Manager.

When I got back into my world, it seemed normal until i tried to use my smelting system.
In the Smelting system there are droppers that drop the smelted items. Now for some reason the redstone clock was broken. I replaced the redstone clock with a new redstone clock but now for some reason the droppers are broken and will not drop any items
I tried if other droppers work and it was only the 2 in my smelting system. I tried replacing the droppers but they still wouldn't work.
