as you know, about 6 months ago, 1.14 was officialy released (after snapshots, before 1.14.1). before this update or a certain screenshot however, there was a short time period when there were 2 village types: villages and newvillages, which was for the /locate command. after awhile however, the older villages didnt even count as a locatable structure and had about as much functionality as a desert well, which cannot be used in /locate, spawns nothing and is just... there. that is a near if not perfect exclamation on the old villages.  either way, i had a nether poral there, and i had another in my house. because the village was about 500 blocks away, the portal went to my house, but not to the village, making it 1 way. so at least 1 of the 2 villagers that i had breed was from that "village" the other one? well i forget. either way, i gave both well over enough food to breed, and 3 beds in a 4x4x4area, underground, but they wont breed. neither are farmers btw, are they are defiently NOT in, or even NEAR a valid village. because of my seed techniclly being a 1.13.2 seed, there are no real villages unless i go over 2000 blocks away from my house.
