When starting up the server, the server works well. No lag issues. However, there are a lot of "Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded?" messages. The server starts to have extreme lag later on, and sometimes, it even crashes. For example, going through a nether portal to the overworld while in the nether could cause a server crash.
