Have lower then normal FPS (below 30, and times dipping below 20) I have optifine.

i have attempted to,

reealocate ram,

reinstall/ clean wipe,

turn off all shaders, optifine, and resort to defualt minecraft with the same issue.

up date drivers.

all with no luck. i have a 1060msi gpu and a fairly new pc, this is the only game effected, as Overwatch and COD, destiny run fine..
