If you set some controls in 1.13 or above, and go play a version before 1.12.2, and come back to 1.13 or above again, all your controls will reset and you will receive tutorial toasts like you are a new player to Minecraft.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch the game in 1.14.4

2. Change your control settings.

3. Quit game

4. Launch the game in 1.12.2

5. As you will see, the control settings will reset

6. Quit game

7. Launch the game again in 1.14.4

8. And your control settings will still reset

9. Play a random world

10. And as you will also see, the tutorial toasts will pop up, even if you've been playing for years.
