When NPC villages spawn with a blacksmith it doesn't spawn with an anvil instead it spawns with a double stone slab block as it would before the update that added anvils. ( BTW I'm really not sure if this is a glitch or a feature that mojang forgot to add in anyways I just wanted to report this for that reason. )
