My villigers show hearst and rub noses but dont make a baby

      So i have a villiger breeder on a realm and on my test world. both are the same but the the villigers breed, the rub noses and make no baby. they have a farm with carrots and have 1 farmer and 2 normla villigers.

      I tested to breed the villigers manually (throwing carrots at them) but that did not work ether
