Lighting glitches (Item frames turning black, tops of shulker boxes darkening ingame and in the creative menu, items being displayed with strange lighting in decoration category)

What I expected to happen was...:
Item frames displaying regularly, shulker box(es) being lit properly, menu displaying blocks as they should be ingame

What actually happened was...:

Item frames not displaying regularly, shulker box(es) not being lit properly, menu not displaying blocks as they should be ingame

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Unsure if works, but turn smooth lighting from Max to minimum, then back to Max. 

2. If 1st step doesn't work on its own, spawn Wandering trader.
