What I expected to happen was...:
during a raid to be able to use a bow normally

What actually happened was...:
there was a roughly 3-5 second cool down between being bale to use a bow. happened during every raid i encountered without exception

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start a raid
2. ...use the bow
3. ...forced to wait 3-5 second for bow to redraw
