We have a new laptop Lenovo (see attached Laptop.PNG for Specs), and we just bought the new Java Edition MineCraft.

When the game is launched (-Xmx3G or -Xmx2G heap) we get the same error per below:

We tried to install Java 64bit to allocate more memory (2+GB), but since it is an ARM processor, we are not able to.

also tried to allocate 1.5GB with the same error:
