This is an issue for me with 1.14-1.14.4

Chunk Loading

When I am playing on regular survival, sometimes chunks wont load and when I walk into them I end up getting stuck. Also, when I exit the world and try and go back in it will either sit and 0% forever or it will go to 100% and wont load... forever.

Nether

When in a 1.14+ survival world, I can go into the nether once without issues. After I try going through again it won't load the nether at all and will just sit at the loading screen forever.
