Villagers in several villages will not pathfind to their workstations if their workstations are indoors.  They stand outside the backs of their houses until I break a two block high opening for them to enter.  

They also tend to wander too far from their beds and workstations so that they lose their claim and their job if I haven't traded with them yet.
