This video is a link to what is happening to me when I play.

It's only seems to happen with the pickaxe and I have no idea if it can be anything else. It also may switch out some items for some reason. It's happened many times before and it's really starting to get annoying. I've searched almost everywhere to find a place and a tip to fix it.

I've tried turning my client off and going into different servers and single player worlds, multiplayer too. I've tried optifine, regular, and forge clients hoping that it would fix it. I've asked multiple people and none of them know how to fix it. I've come to Reddit to hope that there is some people out here with some idea on whats going on and how to fix it.
