What I expected to happen was...:
I dropped a grass block

What actually happened was...:
When I went to pick up the grass block item, I noticed that the entity was bouncing on the ground, and I was not able to pick it up.

Steps to Reproduce:
The bug happened when I pushed "Q" to drop a grass block item on an already placed grass block.
