I host the server on my computer, we defeated the dragon. Other player went through the exit portal, skipped the End Poem, and returned to the over world fine. I stayed in the end and looted cities, then tried to exit the end portal and the game crashed during the end poem.

When I reloaded the server and restarted my game, I went through the end portal again, but skipped the end poem, this time I was stuck in a void with purple dots or stars everywhere in the background, did not fall, but the game crashed after about 10 seconds.
