I'm on a zalman pc and i tried optifine and java version. Both didn't work

While minecraft is loading it keeps freezing on the last 20/10% and won't load. If i click anything it will lose connection/will show no answer forcing me to close the game. I bought minecraft yesterday and i couldn't play it like today. I really hope it will be fixed if not i want a refund
