      The issue:

I have a Razer mouse and I have been using this since the days of 1.12; I always used it with its pollingrate set to 1000Hz, after Minecraft 1.13 rolled over, I noticed performance weren't that good, at first I thought it was just bad Optimization. Today a video made by popular Minecrafter "AntVenom" reported that he also was experiencing similar issues, even if his ones were worse than mines. I had never thought that it could be the pollingrate's fault.

I have to say that the issue has been drasticly fixed, but some of it is still present and I caan notice a difference in performance when I turn my pollingrate down.

It seems like it has something to do with LWGJL3 or your implementation of it, but I'm not really sure. I hope this was useful, I checked if there were any duplicates, but I couldn't find any. I'm sorry if there's any...

PS: You can find more specific information in AntVenom's vido
