This is the same post but with other stuff.
I tried the links that a helper sent me but it didn't work.
I even tried the %APPDATA%/.minecraft but it also didn't work
I hope you guys will understand this explanation

When i want to play a version with the new loading screen (loading bar) it will freeze at the last 10% or 20%. And then if i click once or twice it will lose connection FORCING me to close the game.
If I click "Wait for the app to start working again" It won't do anything.
And if i close minecraft it will stay at the launcher and a message will pop up:
ERROR
The game has crashed
An unexpected problem has occured, Sorry for that!
I'm really sad that i can't play with my friends or alone on the new versions.
Oh also I forgot to mention that the versions with the old loading screen for example 1.12 will load without a problem. The helpers did try to help me but it didn't work. I really hope you will help me this time or fix it!
It would be nice if you would hurry up with that!
But I'll be patient!
