I do not have night vision effects on nor do I have any sort of night vision thing for Minecraft. My brightness is set on bright. Whenever it turns to night, the lighting doesn't change in between day and night. The light also does not change underground, so I have to count blocks for placing torches. I do have a bunch of data packs and resource packs from Xiumavoid's website.
