On a world I've updated from 1.14.4; after I destroy a painting in any gamemode, there will still be a painting there that can't be seen or destroyed. I'll click middle mouse in the spot of where it was, and it'll put a painting in my inventory (Creative Mode). I've tried destroying it from every side, and by using commands.
