If you are sleeping in a bed, then a ghast fires a fire charge at you, the bed will explode and you'll get up, that's fine, however you can't move, jump or anything, until you press shift

Now, not everyone will know how to get out of that sticky situation like I did, but things like this shouldn't exist anyway, gratefully yours.
