      I was swimming in lava trying to get out of a hole in a Map I was playing when the game crashed. This has happened every single time I tried to get out of the hole.

      You can reproduce it by downloading the Cauldron of souls Map pack, jumping into the hole with a chest in it, and trying to get out again.
