What I expected to happen was fast diamond pickaxe:

What actually happened was :

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I wasnt do nothing strange and when I break grass_block with that pickaxe was broke for 1 millisecond and everything I try to broke I broke it for 1ms (in survival)
