I was playing on a server when I noticed I could see below the stone cutter. Me and my b/f broke and replaced it multiple times to see if it was just a glitch, but it happens every time.  The stonecutter was placed on Red Wool. I am not sure if this has been fixed as of 1.15, but figured I'd report it anyways. This glitched happened on a 1.14.4 server, but the report wont let me use that version >: (
