Hello everyone, i am a french player so i will use google trad,sorry for the mistakes.

I have a survival world that I have had long enough since I started in 1.15.2. Then I wanted to install optifine and I went to 1.14.4. So when I restarted my world I choked on a block of stone and there was a message that said that my bed was destroyed. I then went back to 1.15.2 and the same thing, the world was the same but all my constructions were deleted. Please give me a solution! Thanks for reading so far.
