So I was playing with command blocks in MC Java 1.15.2 single player, and I noticed that my player has 28 health but no absorption, or health boost. I do not have any mods it is vanilla I reloaded the world nothing, Gave the player higher absorption/health boost level - nothing.

I don't know what caused this.

EDIT: /effect give @s instant_damage 1 0 - fixes. Still don't know why it happened.
