pleayer_head textures are not shown

      player_head textures are not shown anymore. This counts as well as for the give-, setblock and summon commands. While in 1.14, the textures are still shown correctly, in 20w13b, only Steve heads are shown.

      Here's an example command:

      /give @p minecraft:player_head{display:{Name:"{\"text\":\"Easter Egg\"}"},SkullOwner:{Id:"e82a3e6b-790b-4b92-807f-77c7e5d458d7",Properties:{textures:[{Value:"eyJ0ZXh0dXJlcyI6eyJTS0lOIjp7InVybCI6Imh0dHA6Ly90ZXh0dXJlcy5taW5lY3JhZnQubmV0L3RleHR1cmUvNWJmNjI5OWM5ODcwOWZlN2NlZDhiOTVhNzE5MjUxYjE3Zjc1ZDQ2NDg5Zjk0ODA5NTA5NTU2MWMyMzVmOTcwZSJ9fX0="}]}}} 1
