When mining using a pickaxe, dropped item rely on tool rather than block, i.e. using a stone ickaxe to mine anything result in stone.

While this make diamond extremely cheap as soon as you get diamond pickaxe, the beginning of survival results to be hard, as you can't obtain stone like before using a wooden pickaxe
