Hello there I have been playing minecraft for a very long time and this glitch is one that I havent seen before as it only has been effecting me for a few months. When ever I load up the more recent updates being 1.13 to 1.15 I log onto servers and see that blocks are often out of place an example being fences and walls are not attaching to each other or glass panes not connecting to one another or to walls aswell as very glitchy doors, this also happens to chests and stairs aswell. The two servers where I see this the most is HiveMc and BeanBlockz

If anybody has any answers for me on what to do and how to fix this it would greatly be appreciated thank you.
