I can't get it on the launcher or on the website, I tried to reinstall the launcher, restart the pc and the internet and nothing. On the website the button is gray but does not enter and in the launcher it says that email or password are wrong.

Note: I can access the account through the mojang website and the minecraft / launcher website on other devices.
