I am not sure if this is where to put my issue, I'm sorry if I have the wrong area.

When I click the play button to open Minecraft, it stays on the loading screen with the word MOJANG on it and won't open. it will eventually say it stopped responding. If I close the page it will say the game has crashed. 

I have deleted and redownloaded the game a couple of times with the same results, and a few of my friends have tried to help but were unable to. Am I doing something wrong? This has been going on for over a month
