The first nether fortress that i found in this new update didn't have any corridors, stairs and therefore no nether wart nor chests.

The screenshot below is taken from the lava well room (behind me are the bridges and blaze spawners). The world was created in a previous snapshot (I'm 100% sure but i would say it's the 20w15a).

UPDATE: there's a second nether fortress not too far from the first one. This one doesn't have this issue.
