Enchant glint gone on the elytra

      What I expected to happen was...:
      Expected an enchant glint on  the elytra

      What actually happened was...: armor enchant glint was fixed but now enchant glint on the elytra is gone

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Putting the elytra on and changing perspective will not show the enchantment glint on the elytra
