The target block texture are pixels missing.

I started the game in a new world in the new snapshot (20w18a) (work in 20w17a) (I don't have tested others versions)
and i were in the creative inventory and I saw the target block with that texture.
the texture is wierd when it is in the inventory
Edit: item on the floor, F5 vues of the item it the hands and on the floor, are OK. I think it is just when it is in the inventory and when crafting
