I am currently using a Nitro 5 laptop.  Laptop has a ryzen 5 2500u with vega 8 integrated graphics but also has a rx560 dedicated graphics card.  Minecraft is not using the rx560 and is only using the vega 8 graphics.  I have tried many different things such has changing the java setting in windows to high performance but i cant seem to get the rx 560 to work with minecraft.  Other games use the rx 560 without any issues.  I hope i can get some assistance with this.  I have also updated AMD drivers to the latest updates and made sure Windows 10 was updated to the most current edition.
