I have noticed that the 1.15 update slows down performance. It much more laggier than usual even on a decent dual core machine. Do you think it's my laptop? Will replacing the thermal paste help performance in Minecraft? It was running fine back in October 2019 and longer ago. The 30-40 fps lag has been an issue even in non CPU intensive ares such as oceans. Mojang needs to fix the Java performance issues. Whats weird is that it runs a lot smoother in servers then it does in offline worlds.
