When blocking with a shield in your main hand instead of your offhand the shield is noticeably higher up on the screen (above your cross hair) which is fine because it's mainly intended to be used with your offhand, however, this issue carries over to the left handed mode so blocking with your offhand makes the shield appear higher than it should covering up more of the screen than it would if you played right handed.
