After upgrading from a gtx 1050 ti to an rx 5700 xt I've been experiencing random black screens while playing in windowed mode, going to fullscreen restores the image.

I've already contacted AMD support and after completing every troubleshooting step they requested I contact you for help.

Issue is also on 1.8.9 and I haven't checked other versions but I would assume the issue affects all versions.
