I was using ice as water sources and all of a sudden it stopped turning into water when broke. It seems to be only on the spruce leaves block, but you can see in the background, in the video, all the other ones I placed in the same type of environment.

I completed restarted and it didn't help. I checked the server and it didn't send any issues.
