Ice smelts right after it was frost with Frost Walker I and II

      Step 1: I made Frostwalker II boots and put them on.
      Step 2: I went to the water.
      Step 3: Once I was 4 blcoks near the water it foze and immediately smelts.

      Every time I walked the water the water froze and immediately smelts.
