On new survival world the world gets cut off. not the first time its happened. tried with and without shaders and resource packs.

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected the world to just work like normal

What actually happened was...:
The world just cut off into an empty void that i could not walk into. this happened in a giant square

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a survival world
2. Run for a bit
