When I am in the end and go through the end portal to go back to the over world, I get frozen, and the entire world is not rendering, and I cant go anywhere except by teleportation. Teleportation also breaks as it sometimes drops me through the world. Looking around also breaks and moving my mouse makes my items behave really strangely. my skin starts to shake rapidly,  and I cant use anything in my inventory. it quite literally freezes and breaks everything in the world. I have fixed this  by teleporting and reloading chunks a whole bunch. now, maybe it has something to do with me having a laggy pc, or that my world file itself is massive, and the world itself lags a lot. it is really annoying to fix it as I try relogging, reloading the chunks, killing myself, teleporting and going to creative mode. This only happens to me in that world.  if there is any way that this can be prevented or fixed, please tell me, as that would be convenient ( I couldn't upload any screenshots. but what it looks like is me, seemingly floating in space, with nothing showing or rendering and my skin shaking and the items not moving with my hand when I hold them)
