Hello Everyone I Got a Bug When I Making My Map.

I Want to Make a Fake Moving Terrain (Player Thinks Inside The Train/Car/Plane)

I Used /fill hacks To Do It. Then I Use Red stone Repeater to Repeat The Command Blocks With Normal Speed. But I See One/Two Of Command Blocks With 50% Chance Not Working. Some Times Work & Some Times Not Working. But When I Slow Down The Red Stone Repeaters, It's Start's To Working. I Don't Know What Actually Happened!, It's Actually Really Unrealistic. The Terrain Moving Very Slowly. I need It Much More Faster. It's Maybe My Problem, But When I Checked All Command Blocks & They are Set Correctly, I have Reported This As a Bug
