I want to make a fake moving terrain, using /fill and redstone command block tactics + resource packs. the problem i see some (one/ two or three) command blocks not working .

i don't know why this happened. i have confused. . i changed the redstone repeater speed and its fixed but unrealistic (very slow). i want it faster and 100% command blocks work. why some of them work with delay. can anyone help me please. i need help.
