No achievements. I click on ESC and click on achievements then a window opens that says " there doesn't seem to be anything here... "

What I expected was what would happen :
I thought that a window would open where all my achievements would be displayed

What really happened was this :
A window opens where all the achievements should be, but it says : " there doesn't seem to be anything here... "
