Mincraft is not responding

      [Java keeps on pausing when it is loading up]

       

      I keep on trying to open Minecraft 1.15.2 but it keeps on saying that it is not responding. I have tried the task manager trick but all of the skins are either Steves or Alexes. Please Help!
